"Wait, shouldn't you...?" Alosrin attempted to say but was interrupted by Aerilaya. "Hey, don't start your overprotective bullshit. Do I need to remind you who kicked your ass during that magic fight?" She continued as he rolled his eyes. "We kicked each other's asses that day while pissing off Head Healer Glendhor. We learned a valuable lesson on having unauthorized." Alosrin fired back while placing a hand on his growing frustrated face. "What I was trying to say was, you couldn't move for two days straight. Now, you're acting like you never had those curses placed on you. How is this possible?"
"Can the bickering, married couple take their argument somewhere else, please? Some of us are trying to sleep." Kailu groaned while trying to get some rest on the couch. "Hey!" Aerilaya and Alosrin said in unison. In the background, Kimiko and Nura were covering their mouths to stifle the fits of laughter while listening. Alosrin let out a sigh as he headed towards the door. "I'm sorry if I upset you, Gwathren ithil," Aerilaya said before he went out to get some air. She then glanced over Kimiko and Nura, who gulped hard when they felt her presence staring at them. "So, are you going to tell him what's going on, Nura? Or do you want me to tell him?" She said with a smile as the child attempted to flee the room. "You're not in trouble. Far from it, in fact. I know he'll never believe me if I tell him." Aerilaya continued as the child nodded. The three said their goodnight as Alosrin returned 10 minutes later.
"Hey, can we talk, Alosrin?" Nura asked as Aerilaya headed towards the backroom. "Sure. What's up?" He asked as the two sat down at the table. "The reason Aerilaya can move around, for now, is because of me and my healing abilities." She started to say as a soft laugh escaped his lips. "I figured as much. Besides Aerilaya, Kimiko, and pain in the neck over there." "I heard that..." Kailu growled, interrupting him. "You're the only other person who can pull off something like that. I can also tell you're going to be a great healer one day. If you want to go down that path, I should say." Alosrin said while ignoring the younger elf on the couch as the child smiled softly. "Thank you for the confidence boost, Alosrin. That's something I've been needing to hear." She replied as she went over to hug him.
