"You have to get out of my home once you've recovered." Anastasia said with panic and fear in her voice. She knew how ruthless the Sage of Shadows is. He and his military in Kehiamis Upper and Lower Districts where known for their fierce loyalty to Heikir. Heikir was the only one out of the Sages who was known for killing people who were in contact with Deserters and the like. While she didn't know the other woman's story, her safety was top priority.
Selxipha let out a sigh as she nodded slowly in understanding as her face grew frustrated and sad. She understood the woman's concerns and fears. They were justified, the Odnsian Fae knew the feeling all too well. She grunted in anger as memories from the past flash across her mind. "Let me be. I don't want to recall her..." Selxipha growled to herself as she attempted to regain what little composure she had.
Anastasia was taken aback by the display as most of the District Soldiers were known for their lack of emotions. "Are you okay? And I'm not referring to you physically." She quietly asked while placing a gentle hand of comfort and concern on the other woman's shoulder, causing Selxipha to jerk away with an annoyed stare. "Yes. Now, let me be. I'll rest, recover, then leave. I do not want a beautiful, innocent to end up in the hands of those dogs." She replied with a huff as she laid down on the bed while trying to hide her tears.
Selxipha pulled out a small locket with a picture of her and a human woman. "Damn you to hell, Heikir." She cried while trying to muffle her pain through the pillow.
