50 AOD, Age of the Divines, Journal Entry - The Human/Fae Wars

It had been centuries since the Fae/Human #Wars. To this day, no one, not even the Fire, Light, and Wind Faes know who started the bloody battles. The rumor goes that children and young adults went missing during the night as Dark Faes lured them away to show them their kingdoms with the promise of returning home before the dawn.

This went on for years and parents where growing mad with grief and concern. Then one day, someone with an iron staff went on the attack. This was the first day of the wars and what transformed the landscape between humans and faes. They, the faes themselves, knew they where tricksters, but would never take things that far as to abducting people. Many humans and faes alike perished in these skirmishes.

What was odd for many was the fact that Fire, Light, and Wind Faes stayed out of these fights. When asked is that they wanted to protect those they served as their humans did the same. While they knew the risks would be treason, they didn't care. They wanted nothing to do with these wars.

After years of bloody fighting, a truce was made, as well as the Kings and Queens assisting the loved ones of the missing to find them. As peace fell once again in Bolyra, something evil lurked over the horizon in Helina signaling a new threat.
